GIRL SCOUTS-TOTEM COUNCIL
2007 WOMAN OF DISTINCTION NOMINATION




The Woman of Distinction Award is given to a woman who is a Girl Scout alumna or current adult member residing in the service area of Girl Scouts-Totem Council which includes King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, San Juan, Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, or North Mason Counties.

Selection Criteria:

  • The significance of the nominee's contributions in her field of expertise and the degree to which it is recognized and valued by peers and the broader community;
  • The ways in which the nominee exemplifies the values of Girl Scouts in her professional and personal life in reflecting the highest ideals of character, confidence, courage, and service to others.
  • Nominees must be former or current Girl Scouts.
